PETALING JAYA: Kumpulan Kitacon Bhd will use proceeds raised from its proposed listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia to buy construction equipment, land and construct a storage and refurbishment facility as well as for its working capital needs.

The construction company is seeking to list on the local exchange by January 2023 and has inked an underwriting agreement with RHB Investment Bank Bhd, which will underwrite 18.59 million of the initial public offering (IPO) shares.
